Our magnificent block of gnarled old vines, planted in 1905 are low yielding and produce fruit of the highest quality. The vines are hand pruned and the fruit is handpicked. Naturally fermented in open 500L vats, gently hand plunged each day. The wine is matured in new French oak hogsheads for 24 months. This is a wine that we believe is built for the long haul.
